Blessing of the Animals

Each October, around the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi (October 4th), we have the Blessing of the Animals, where parishioners and the local community come to have their pets blessed. In 2023, our Blessing of the Animals also included a visit from St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center and The Seeing Eye, where attendees were able to meet some puppies, learn more about these organizations, and donate items to help animals in our local community. Everyone is welcome!
