Altar Society

The Altar Society takes pride in caring for the altar linens, vestments, and the sanctuary. Ministry members are assigned two week shifts several times throughout the year, for about 1-2 hours per week. Each of these shifts is shared by two Altar Society members. Duties include washing and ironing church linens at home, as well as tidying up the church. This includes dusting, organizing hymnals, removing bulletins and programs from pews, putting vestments in order and other light chores.
